Do NOT Use This Moving Company. I cannot stress enough how utterly disappointed and frustrated I am with this moving company. From start to finish, the entire experience has been a nightmare, and I strongly advise against anyone using their services. It’s clear they prioritize speed over quality and customer satisfaction at every turn. One of the most glaring issues was their complete lack of transparency regarding insurance options. Throughout the entire process, no one bothered to discuss insurance coverage with us. Worst moving experience of my life! SAFE-BOUND MOVING AND STORAGE stole thousands of dollars worth of my belonging!!! They showed up late, then immediately tried to jack up the price over what they quoted me in writing. Ron the lead mover was rude, argumentative and condescending and a thief.

First, I would give 5 stars to the crew who loaded our stuff. They were courteous, fast, very careful, wrapped everything so well. We have a preferred delivery date of Aug 1-2 2024 and all was well. Since then I have had only one call asking about space to park the truck, number of stairs, etc. When no delivery to this date, Aug 3, 2024, I started to make calls, leave messages, send emails and nothing. My family and I are staying in a hotel waiting and with money going up in smoke. I had to order air mattresses so we can be in the house and have something to sleep on at least.More

Very bad storage experience. Movers and packer were OK. Our furniture was returned to us with visible damage (gouges in the wood and metal bent completely out of shape). Moving company does not care and its insurer is only offering us 20% of the reasonable repair estimates that it made us submit multiple times. They have been rude, with a “take it or leave it” attitude. Do NOT use Safebound Moving and Storage

If I could give less than 1 star I would! Quoted me at $5500 in March 2024, 3 days before my move in May 2024 a different person called and increased my quote $1800, and the day of my move the movers increased it by $1400. I never changed my list! I could never speak to the person who quoted me (Matt) and I never spoke to the same person 2x. The day of the move the movers proceeded to put cardboard boxes on top of the cement steps of my condo complex and pushed all of my furniture down the steps. When they arrived at my new place the leg of my bedframe was broken in 2 pieces and not able to be fixed! They stole my $1800 BOSE television Soundbar and Base. I put put of these problems on the sheet and the driver signed off as broken and missing.More

Damaged items and an abhorrent customer service department!! Consumer beware if you are contracted to this company for a move. They will subcontract your job a thousand more times down the line.
